DESCRIPTION:Online workshops with Equipilates\nand Biomechanics Coach EMMA MALONE covering ‘Improve your Balance in the\nSaddle’ and ‘Improve your Canter’ we are adding a third workshop to the\nseries entitled:   DYNAMIC STABILITY \nWORKSHOP NO. 3    ‘DYNAMIC STABILITY’ \nTUESDAY\, 16TH MARCH\nStart:  7.30 p.m. – 9 p.m.\nCost:  £8 \nWhat is the Rider’s Core?  How does the Rider access it and how do you\nuse it effectively to stabilise the body?\nWithin the workshop Emma will explore what ‘using your core’ really\nmeans and demonstrate how breathing can also influence your stability.\nShe will explain how when the rider uses their core what a positive\neffect this has on the horse. \nNumbers are limited as before to enable Emma to work with each of you as\nyou go thru the exercises and discuss ideas on how to improve your\nriding.  This will increase your body awareness and help you find more\nstability in the saddle.\nAll from the comfort of your home. \nWith the dark nights and lockdown\, it couldn’t be a better time to\ninvest in yourself and make some changes to help you and your horse. \nPlease contact me VIA TEXT if you would like to join in. \nBookings will be done on a first come first served basis and you will\nreceive an email to confirm your place once payment has been received.\nThe Workshop is held on Zoom\, and a link to enable you to access the\nsession will be emailed nearer the time. \nThanks. \nMarg (mob:  07836 334357)
