In this ridden demo, William Blane will work with two groups of club riders over poles, SJ’s and Arena XC fences. He will take the riders through a variety of exercises, explaining the benefits and giving tips and exercises to take home.

Doors open 6:30pm

£10 for BBC members, £15 for non-members
