Hello,After the success of last year’s online workshops EMMA MALONE isreturning with 3 more interactive sessions to help you continue toimprove your riding.She will be offering a variety of exercises during the workshops tobuild awareness and give you ideas and feelings to take away to try onyour horse.This workshops will address CONTACT, SITTING TROT and JUMPING POSITION. Full details below.Cost:  £8 per workshop for members/£10 for non-members (payable onbooking).Please text Marg Mitchell on 07836 334357 to book your place.Payment via BACS to BBC bank account quoting ref: EMMAYou may need a few items of ‘kit’ for the workshops, but these will bethings you’ll easily have around the home.All information will be sent via email nearer the date.Note:  As Emma will give each person attending individual attentionwhilst doing the exercises, numbers for these sessions will be limitedto 15 per session.  Members will have priority.Recordings of the sessions will be available after the event for alimited period.Workshop no 1  – Date:  22nd February 22Time:  7.30 p.m. – 9.00 p.m.ELASTIC CONTACT.  WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE AND HOW TO IMPROVE YOURS.Contact … we’ve either got too much or too little.  What is the rightamount to create an elastic feel in the reins. This workshop will lookat the rider’s thoracic spine, shoulders and arms and how thesecontribute to create an elastic contact.WORKSHOP no 2  – Date: 15th March 22Time:  7.30 p.m – 9.00 p.m.THE KEY TO SITTING TROT – THE RIDER’S SPINAL SPRINGThis workshop will look at the spine and how it is designed for shockabsorption and how a good shock-absorbing spine improves your sittingtrot!WORKSHOP no 3  – Date: 29th March 22Time:  7.30 p.m. – 9.00 p.m.IMPROVE YOUR JUMP POSITIONDo you pop up out of the saddle or fold over a jump?. Do you lose astirrup or unable to jump straight. This workshop will look at the roleof the pelvis and thighs at creating a secure and effective jumpposition.About EMMA MALONE EQUESTRIANEmma Malone is an active rider owning, Lady (Irish Sports Horse nowretired) and Fiddle, a Connemara/British Sports Horse cross) She is aFranklin Method® Equestrian Level 1 Educator, an Equipilates™ RegisteredTrainer and a Rider Biomechanics Coach training with Mary Wanless, Ridewith your Mind. Emma coaches from her base at Rocking Horse Farm,Crowton and travels throughout Cheshire and the NW to teach riders onand off horse. She loves it when a rider begins to organise their bodyand seeing the horse respond positively to those changes.These workshops were very well received last year.  Would be great tosee you at these.
