Saddle’ and ‘Improve your Canter’ we are adding a third workshop to the
series entitled: DYNAMIC STABILITY
WORKSHOP NO. 3 ‘DYNAMIC STABILITY’
TUESDAY, 16TH MARCH
Start: 7.30 p.m. – 9 p.m.
What is the Rider’s Core? How does the Rider access it and how do you
use it effectively to stabilise the body?
Within the workshop Emma will explore what ‘using your core’ really
means and demonstrate how breathing can also influence your stability.
She will explain how when the rider uses their core what a positive
effect this has on the horse.
Numbers are limited as before to enable Emma to work with each of you as
you go thru the exercises and discuss ideas on how to improve your
riding. This will increase your body awareness and help you find more
stability in the saddle.
All from the comfort of your home.
With the dark nights and lockdown, it couldn’t be a better time to
invest in yourself and make some changes to help you and your horse.
